Point 3. THE PREVAILING POWER OF OUR IRRESISTIBLE CHRIST

Christ, His power and prophetic predictions are Irresistible, and He has that prevailing power. Jesus Christ is the same, yesterday, today and forever and you will find Him sufficient in your life even today, this year and beyond in Jesus Name. “And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?” (Mark 4:41). Jesus has power to calm every storm in your life, give perfect peace, forgive and set you free from of all your sins, convert and cleanse the soul, crucify self and keep you sanctified; and he has power to heal and keep us healthy. He has power over your sorrow and will grant you real joy. He has power to deliver and make you more than a conqueror; power to make you triumphant in all situations, and you will win and overcome. Jesus’ prevailing power is irresistible, and the goodness of God in your life is irresistible. Even when the Antichrist is at the climax of his performance, Christ will come with His great power. You will be amazed by the power of Christ when he solves your problems (Luke 9:43). “Let these sayings sink down into your ears…” (Luke 9:44). All these things you have heard tonight on His peace, power and proclamation, let them sink down into your heart, and nothing will make you afraid any more. “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him” (Acts 10:38). The Lord is with you tonight, and He is going to manifest that power for Salvation, Sanctification, and of the Holy Ghost; they are yours in Jesus’ Name. That Hand that upholds the whole universe, will uphold you and you will not fail in Jesus Name (Hebrews 1:3).
Tonight, as we personalize the Word of God and believe that Christ is greater and more powerful than any opposing forces against our lives, God will answer our prayers. It is done in Jesus’ Name. Don’t consider the storms, persecutions, oppositions and crisis; like Abraham, you will not stagger at the promises of God but be strong in faith giving glory to God. Somebody is fully persuaded that he will get to the other side, and there will be peace in your life and family in Jesus’ name. God is able to save your soul, heal your body, quieten and stop that demon from harassing your child, and quench the storm: He is Able (Romans 4:19-21). “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen” (Ephesians 3:20-21).
Ponder on this! The word of Christ is the greatest thing in your life, not the contradictions of the enemy or opposition of Satan and the society. And it will crush and destroy every other thing that opposes in Jesus’ Name. Pastor (Dr) W.F Kumuyi.

Ponder on this! Be worried about nothing, be disturbed by nothing and be anxious for nothing. Calmly, assuredly and without any shadow of doubt when any problem arises, go to the Lord like a son not like a slave nor an orphan, and don’t go with anxiety. Your Heavenly Father knows and cares for you as His sons and daughters. Make your prayers to God; don’t think of Satan and what your enemies are trying to do, but think on the words and promises of God. Pastor (Dr) W.F Kumuyi.

Reflection – Satan and the world may be furious, His words to you will be fulfilled. Dazzling sights I see, terrifying sounds I hear, and all these sights and sounds may fill the horizons, all the same, the words of Christ will be fulfilled. Tempests raging, billows rising, demons threatening, torrents of anguish, heights of anxiety, depth of grief, winds and waves of wrath, all may shoot up their angry look, but all that Jesus Christ has said will be fulfilled.
